Assoc. Prof. Dr. PIN Tara has over 20 years of experience in research and teaching in the fields of research methodologies, agricultural statistics, SPSS, and IRRISTAT. UON SOPHAL, MSc
Ms. UON Sophal, Vice Dean at Faculty of Agriculture, UHST. MSc. Rural Economics and Sociology, Hanoi University of Agriculture, Vietnam, 2012 to 2013 and MSc. Natural Resource Management, Royal University of Agriculture, Cambodia, 2013 to 2015. She interests on Climate Change, Adaptation and Vulnerability Assessment, Agriculture, Socio-economics, Livelihoods and Agricultural Marketing. She jointed to work with project such as SWAP, AGRISAT, FAB, FOODI and ALIGNING PROJECT (Erasmus+). For those project, she responsible for Modernize Curriculum, Researcher and Administrative.

MEAS SREYLEN, MSc
Ms. MEAS Sreylen is the head Department of Forestry and Natural Resources at the University of Heng Samrin Thbongkhmum. She graduated bachelor’s degree in Biology from the Royal University of Phnom Penh(RUPP, Cambodia, 2010-2014) and a Master’s degree in Biotechnology at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, Thailand(2014-2016). She has 7 years experience of teaching in the field of ornamental plants, plant disease, and biology. She has joined Erasmus+projects such as SWAP, AGRISAT, FOODI, and ALIGNING PROJECT (Erasmus+).

Dr. Pao SREAN
Dr. Pao Srean holds a PhD in Experimental Sciences and Sustainability from Spain and currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Processing at the National University of Battambang, Cambodia. With over 10 years of experience, Dr. Srean has collaborated with international organizations to improve soil health and promote the sustainable intensification of agriculture, particularly for smallholder farmers. He has played key roles in various projects, including serving as a coordinator for Erasmus+ and contributing to initiatives such as UNICAM, AgriSAT, FoodSTEM, SATREPS, IFINI, ISOC, S3-Cambodia, and ALIGNING. Dr. Srean is a prolific researcher, having authored over 80 articles published in national and international journals, focusing on agriculture and ecology. Mr. Ratha RIEN
Ratha RIEN is currently Deputy head of the Department of Agriculture, Faculty of Agriculture and Food Processing, National University of Battambang (NUBB) (2021-Present), specializing in sustainable farming practices and weed management. He earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture and Master’s degree in Sustainable Agriculture from the National University of Battambang (NUBB), where he now plays an active role as a researcher and educator. His work focuses on addressing key challenges faced by Cambodian farmers, particularly in rice-based farming systems. Ratha’s research delves into integrated weed management strategies, crop diversification, and improving agricultural practices to enhance productivity and sustainability. He has been involved in projects ranging from identifying weed seeds to analyzing the socio-economic impacts of agricultural innovations and contributed to research evaluating mungbean varieties for their potential in rice crop rotations (2017-2021).

Ms. Sreynget LO
Ms. Sreynget Lo holds an MSc in Sustainable Agriculture and currently serves as the Head of the Department of Animal Science and International Affairs at the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Processing, National University of Battambang (NUBB), Cambodia. With over five years of experience, Ms. Lo has actively contributed to international Erasmus CBHE projects at NUBB. She has taken on key roles in various initiatives, including serving as a technician and administrator for Erasmus+ projects and contributing to programs such as FoodSTEM, AgriSAT, IFINI, and ALIGNING. Additionally, she is involved in developing the Curriculum Transformative Guidelines under the Ministry of Higher Education, Youth, and Sports.

Dr. NOP Kanharith
Mr. Nop Kanharith (PhD) is an Associate Professor of Law, Director of the Center for Digital Law and Program Director of the School of Public Policy at the National University of Management. He has been working at NUM for 2 years and a half and involved in 2 Erasmus+ projects namely SCALe and ALIGNING projects. He is an attorney-at-law and has more than 10 year-experience in legal practices, including working for a commercial bank in Cambodia as head of legal department for more than 6 years. Since 2013 up to the present, he has been a part-time lecturer at public and private universities in Phnom Penh. His areas of expertise include labor and employment laws, contract laws, corporation laws and business laws. Dr. NOP received a degree of Master of Law and Doctor of Law from Nagoya University in 2010 and 2013 respectively.

Dr. UNG Veasna
Prof. Ung Veasna (DBA) is an acting dean of facultuy of tourism at the National University of Management. He has been working at NUM for 29 years and involved in projects manager under then grant of Eurasia Foundation, Japan. He is an advisor to Eurasia Foundation in Cambodia for 6 years since 2019. Since 2013 up to the present, he has been a part-time lecturer of research methodology course at some private universities in province. His areas of expertise include environmental and community based tourism and and service quality. Prof. Veasna received a degree of Master of businsess adminostration in 2002 in National University of Management.

Mr. CHOEUN Nareth
Mr. CHOEUN Nareth is the Chief Media Officer at the National University of Management (NUM). He has been working at NUM for 5 years and a half in Media and Communication. He is also an assistant project manager involved in 4 Erasmus+ projects namely WANASEA, BALANCE, GREENCAP and FAB. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from NUM and Bachelor’s degree in English for Education from the Phnom Penh International University (PPIU) in 2019, a Master’s degree in Economics from NUM in 2021, and he is studying his doctorate degree in Economics at NUM. He is also a part-time Economics lecturer at the university.

Ms. TIE Porly
Ms. Tie Porly has participated in multiple international Erasmus CBHE projects, including SCALe, ALIGNING, FAB, GREENCAP, and CHAIn, at the National University of Management. She is also a researcher at the ASEAN Economic Research Institute, supporting strategic initiatives related to economic development in the region. Her primary research focuses on policy and development, with recent emphasis on affordable housing in Cambodia’s coastal provinces. She contributed to a comprehensive study analyzing stakeholder perspectives, challenges, and sustainable solutions in that region. Additionally, she conducts research on electric vehicles and public policy within Cambodia. Ms. Porly holds a Bachelor’s in Community Development from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (2020), master’s in Management from the National University of Management and she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics. She also took part in the YICMG Project, visiting Shanghai, Qinghai, and Yushu Tibet. Through her work, she aims to drive sustainable and equitable development in Cambodia.

H.E. Dr. Som Ratana
Dr. SOM advanced his academic career through being a lecturer, to Head of Department, and then to the Vice-rector of Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2016. In 2020, he was promoted to be the Under-secretary of State of MoEYS since where he oversees the development of various higher education policies and guidelines. He is the Deputy Director of Higher Education Improvement Project (HEIP), and is also the legal representatives of many CBHE projects. He is also the Erasmus+ National Focal Point of Cambodia.

Dr. Nith Bunlay
Dr. NITH is in charge of policy formulation, capacity building, research promotion and international relations at the Directorate General of Higher Education. He is well experienced in project management and has been overseeing many higher education development projects for around 17 years. He is managing ALL of Erasmus+ (CBHE) projects involving MoEYS, and is also the Deputy Project Manager of Higher Education Improvement Project (HEIP)

Ms. Vong Pisey
Ms. Vong has been involved in higher education development projects for the past 9 years. She has academic background in agriculture and she was one of the key staff involving in the project to promote research in STEM and agriculture which support secondary school students to engage in technical and agricultural skills training and implementation in their respected high schools accounted for around 100 high schools over the country. For Erasmus+ CBHE projects, she has supported both technical and administrative work in some projects, including (Industry 4.0, FAB, and ALIGNING).

Dr. Mohammad Jahangir Alam
Dr. Alam is a professor in the Department of Agribusiness and Marketing at Bangladesh Agricultural University. He was a Visiting Research Fellow at the Crawford School of Public Policy at the Australian National University, and a Fulbright Post-doc at the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management, Cornell University, USA. He served as a Commonwealth Post-doc at SOAS, University of London. Dr. Alam was also a Visiting Professor (EU Erasmus Mundus) at the Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland, and a Visiting Ph.D. Scholar at University of Arkansas, USA. He has published more than 180 articles in peer-reviewed journals, many book chapters, and authored numerous research reports. His research experience spans Bangladesh, Belgium, UK, Australia, and the USA. Furthermore, he has collaborated with IFPRI, FAO, IRRI, ILRI, and many universities across the globe. Dr. Ismat Ara Begum
Dr. Ismat is a professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Bangladesh Agricultural University and a former Director of the Institute of Agribusiness and Development Studies at the same university. She has held notable academic positions, including an Endeavour Visiting Fellowship at the Crawford School of Public Policy, Australian National University, Australia, and a Post-doc at Ghent University, Belgium. Dr. Ismat also served as a Visiting Professor (under the EU Erasmus Mundus program) at KaHo, University of Leuven, Belgium, where she taught Master’s students from Asia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America. She earned her MSc and PhD in Agricultural Development Economics from Hokkaido University, Japan. She has published over 130 articles in peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, and book chapters and has authored several research reports. Her research experience spans Australia, Bangladesh, Japan, and Belgium. Dr. Md. Salauddin Palash
Dr. Palash has over 15 years of experience in teaching and research at Bangladesh Agricultural University. He has authored books, research articles, and seminar proceedings on a wide range of topics related to agribusiness, as well as supply and value chain management. His work has focused on the marketing, value, and supply chain activities of various commodities, including rice, vegetables, livestock, and fish.

Kiril Manevski, PhD, Eng
Kiril Manevski is PhD in agroecology, MSc in environmental remote sensing, and environmental engineer. He studies the water and the nitrogen fluxes with crop production in different agroecosystems across spatio-temporal and social scales using process-based modelling, remote sensing and field methods. Kiril holds the position of Researcher and Senior Advisor at the Department of Agroecology and the Centre for Circular Bioeconomy of Aarhus University, as well as lecturer at the Sino-Danish Center for Education and Research in Beijing. Actively working with master and doctoral students, Kiril is involved in several capacity-building projects in higher education, such as the Erasmus+ ALIGNING and ECOLUTION, the Danida funded “Nature-Based Solutions for Tea Cultivation and Food Production” in Uganda and “Building Stronger Universities” in Ghana. Kiril also works with the Danish Agency for Agriculture on designing empirical methods for quantifying nitrogen and carbon emissions in crop production, including precision and digital agriculture.

Morten Graversgaard, PhD
Morten Graversgaard is PhD in system analysis. His research interests focus on water governance and agro-ecological resource analysis. These interest have developed through participating in a number of agri-environmental research projects. In his PhD, Morten worked with water and natural resource management and governance in agricultural landscapes, where he specificially analysed different kinds of strategies and tools to manage agro-ecological resources in a more sustainable and collaborative way. He also actively works with stakeholder engagement for sustainable agri-management, knowledge dissemination, and ultimately research capacity building and policy support in Denmark and beyond.

Luis Torres
Luis Torres is an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer at ReadLab. He holds a BA in Graphic Design, an MA in Art & Design Education from the University of Roehampton, and an MSc in Educational Technology from Université Côte d’Azur. Passionate about the intersection of education, design, and technology, Luis has extensive experience leveraging new technologies, storytelling, and visual design to develop impactful learning experiences.

Manuel Silva
Manuel Silva is a recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Physics Engineering from the New University of Lisbon and has completed an Erasmus in Applied Physics at the University of Twente. Through his education and various internships, he has developed a strong foundation in programming, particularly in Python, C++, and SQL. Manuel began his career working on a smart parking project using Arduino and Python technology, which allowed him to apply his coding skills in a practical setting. Following this, he gained further experience through the Azorean Estagiar L program, where he interned at a local company and worked on web development projects, enhancing his knowledge of HTML and React Native. These opportunities have honed his skills and fueled his passion for continuous growth and learning in the tech industry. Currently, Manuel is working at Readlab, where he oversees European projects. This career transition from tech to project management was driven by his aptitude for leadership and his desire to help others.

Olga Karamichailidou
Olga KARAMICHAILIDOU is Lead Project Manager at ReadLab where she performs team management and overviews the implementation of multiple projects. She obtained her BA in International and European studies from the University of Piraeus and she, also, holds an MA in International and European studies from the University of Strasbourg and an LLM in Public International Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Olga has several years of experience in European & International funding mechanisms including practical experience in EU external actions. Her expertise includes research and quality assurance – evaluation, proposal writing and project management. A native Greek speaker, Olga is fluent in English & French.

Maria Papageorgaki
Maria Papageorgaki is a Technical Manager in ReadLab. She holds a BSc in Informatics from the University of Piraeus and an MBA-TQM from the Department of Business Administration from the University of Piraeus. For more than 10 years she worked as a Business Intelligence Engineer. Some of her duties included implementing projects in databases, requirements analysis, users training with custom training material. She also has worked as a Project Manager in COSMOTE in the Information Technology department and specifically in the Datawarehouse & Business Intelligence. Basic duties include planning and tracking projects involving different departments of the organization. Lately she worked as a Business Analyst in Cosmote.

Nob Nun
Mr. NOB Nun has over 20 years of experience in safe vegetable production and farm management. He has been the President of TSAC since 2017 until now, which has helped train students, farmers, and 9 other communities in climate-resilient agricultural techniques. He is currently leading the LASEDIII project, which helps improve the livelihoods of 250 poor farmers in Kampong Chhnang province to avoid migration.

Som Chantha
Mr. SOM Chantha has been on the board of directors of Tasey Samaki Agricultural Cooperative since 2017 until now. He graduated with a degree in Good Agricultural Practice (Cam-GAP) and IPM from the General Department of Agriculture. He has 15 years of experience in safe vegetable production in net houses and mango production.

Tha Tak
Mr. THA Tak is an agricultural technical team leader of TSAC and is studying for a master’s degree at the Royal University of Agriculture, specializing in Agroecology and Food Systems, and has previously interned for a year in Israel in agriculture. He is currently responsible for leading research on vegetable seeds that are resistant, high-yielding, and suitable for the Cambodian climate.

Heng Chantra
Mr. HENG Chantra is the founder of Phsar Farm Khmer, a wholesale and retail market for safe vegetables, fruits, fish, meat. He has 17 years of experience as a financial institution and bank employee. He previously served as the Regional Managing Director at Sathapana Microfinance Institution, Myanmar until 2021. He is currently the Head of Sale and Operations at TSAC.
